Gangster & Prevention of Anti Social Activities Act, Section 60 Excise Act and Section 255 to 259, 420, 467, 468, IPC, Police Station Rakabganj, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 9.6.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to non appearance before the Court below non bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the applicant.
