Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 255 of 2024, under Sections 87, 115(2), 352, 64 of BNS Police Station Patiyali, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the sister-in-law (bhabhi) of the informant is stated to have been enticed away by the applicant on 25.07.2024 at about 12 p.m. The victim is stated to have taken away certain cash and ornaments from the house along with her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is major aged about 26 years. The FIR is delayed by about three days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victi
