Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 551 of 2024, under Sections 85, 64(1), 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS., Police Station Chibramau, District Kannauj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, who is stated to be the brother-in-law (Devar) of the victim, is stated to have forcibly subjected her to rape several times. The applicant and other family members are stated to have thrown the victim out of their house thereby rendered her to lead a life of destitution and vagrancy. 5.
