Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0596 of 2024, under Sections 65(2), 333, 351(3) of BNS and Section 5(M)/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 6.
