Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 21 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 5J(2)/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kaushambi, District Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 18.03.2024 at about 3 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
