Heard Ms. Priya Chand, Advocate holding brief of Sri Nanhe Lal Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.128 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 65(1) B.N.S. and 4/2 POCSO Act, Police Station- Narahat, District- Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 27.8.2024 at about 09:00 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6.
