The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant Aasif with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2024 under Section 2/3 Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, registered at Police Station Pilkhuwa District Hapur during pendency of the trial. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart, four criminal cases have been shown and in all the cases, the applicant is on bail. Except this, applicant has criminal history of one case, in which he has been convicted for five days simple imprisonment with a fine of Rs.3500/- by the Court below on the basis of
