Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 259 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant aged about 17 years on 25.05.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6.
