The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.405 of 2024, under Sections 64, 333, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Nayi Mandi, District- Muzaffarnagar with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant and torn off the clothes of his daughter and committed rape with her on 31.8.2024 at about 02:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
