Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021 and Police Station-Paniyara, District-Mahrajganj. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 26.10.2024.
