Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.141 of 2024, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Section 5L/6 POCSO Act and Section 64(2)M B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of trial.
