The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2024, under Sections 77, 308(5), 351(2) B.N.S. and 67 I.T. Act, Police Station Kuthaund, District Jalaun. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 01.09.2024 against the applicant and one Sachin Singh Sengar stating that the accused persons took some objectionable photographs of the informant's sister and they were blackmailing her on their strength. When the informant's sister declined to pay money to them, the accused persons virally spread the photographs and videos of the informant's sister through WhatsApp. 4.
