The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 163 of 2024, under Sections 307, 342 IPC and Section 9/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Trans Yamuna, District Agra. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 10.05.2024 against the applicant and two unknown persons, stating that while the informant's son had gone to the house of one Saurabh, the applicant reached along with two unknown persons on his motorcycle and shot at the informant's son at about 08:35 p.m. Saurabh tried to prevent the accused persons but all three of them had illicit weapons and they forcibly took away Prince on their motorcycle to a trisection in Balaji Nagar, assaulted the informant's son there and fi
