However, none is present on behalf of the informant. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 374 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 64(2)(f) of BNS, Police Station Khair, District Aligarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of getting executed the sale deed in her favour and the applicant is stated to have taken her to a hotel and committed rape with her. The applicant had threatened her on the said date of occurrence i.e on 13.07.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been false
