Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 203 of 2024, under Sections 363, 323, 344, 506, 376 I.P.C. and Section 2/4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Crossing Republic, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 29.06.2024. 6.
