Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 273 of 2024, U/S 70(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352 B.N.S. and 5/6 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Babina, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the daughter of the informant on 13.7.2024 at about 8.00 pm when she had gone out due to her nature's call. 5.
