The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.512 of 2024, under Section 325 of BNSS and Sections 5/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, registered at Police Station Pilkhwa, District Hapur. 3. The aforesaid case has been registered on the basis of an F.I.R. lodged on 27.09.2024 by a Sub Inspector of Police against four persons including the applicant alleging that a maxi truck was intercepted on the basis of an information received from a mukhbir. The truck was being driven by the applicant and about 3 tonnes remains of cow progenies were loaded in it. 4.
