Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Admittedly, the victim is major. The instant case is of consensual relationship between two young persons. The victim is aged about 18 years as per her own statement. The applicant himself is a youth of 22 years.
