Saleem Khan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Najakat Ali, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Arun Kumar Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.236 of 2024, under Sections 87, 137(2), 64 B.N.S., 2023 and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Ganj, District Rampur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. PW-1/informant, PW-2/victim and PW-3/mother have been examined during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile. There is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant
