The applicant is stated to have called the victim to his house near Jama Masjid and had forcibly committed rape with her on 28.4.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 6. There is no time of offence mentioned in the FIR.
