Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 167 of 2024, under Sections 64, 123 of B.N.S. Police Station Rohata, District Meerut, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have taken the victim from the house of her maternal uncle to the market and on way had given her certain edibles and had rendered her unconscious as a result thereof and had taken her to a sugarcane field and committed rape with her. In unconscious state, the applicant is stated to have left her at her house. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5.
