Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 144 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)N I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(V), 3(2)(Va) of SC/ST Act and Section 5L/6 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Belharkalan, District Sant Kabir Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
