Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 404 of 2024, under Sections 64, 296, 333, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 3/4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Bahjoi, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the victim and had committed rape with her on 19.07.2024 at about 9 p.m. by showing country made pistol to her. The applicant ran away from the place of occurrence by threatening her. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5.
