Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0105 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 64 B.N.S. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act Police Station Bhot, District Rampur during the pendency of trial. 4. As per the prosecution story, F.I.R. was instituted by the informant against unknown persons regarding missing of his daughter aged about 17 years since 06.08.2024. 5.
