Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0521 of 2024, under Sections 376, 406 I.P.C., Police Station Baheri, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage and subsequently refused to comply with the said promise. The victim is stated to have been impregnated by the said act, as such the applicant abandoned her on 15.06.2024. The victim is stated to be a divorcee. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT : 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and he has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. The FIR is delayed by about five days to the last date
