Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 06.12.2024. 3. Heard Sri Devashish Mitra, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.393 of 2024, under Sections 75, 62, 64(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 7/8, 18 POCSO Act, Police Station Aonla, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have attempted to commit rape with the victim on 25.07.2024 at about 10:00 a.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is an aged old person of 65 years of age and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about eight hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. There is no medical corroboration of the incident.
