Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed that the notice to the informant has been served on 08.11.2024. 4. Heard Sri Mohammad Waseem, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 5. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.391 of 2024, under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 65(1) B.N.S. and 4(2), 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Nawabganj, District Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. There are allegations of outraging the modesty only. There is no medical corroboration of the incident rather a villager Riyajul Hasan has sustained two injuries. The instant case is a clear-cut case of false implication.
