Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.175 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 333 B.N.S., 3/4 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)V S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Harpur Budhat, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forcibly committed rape with the victim, aged about 16 years, on 27.07.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
