Heard Ms. Sonam Nishad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.424 of 2024, under Section 64 B.N.S., 3/4(2) POCSO Act and 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Phoolpur, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have attempted to commit rape with the victim by disrobing her by opening her trouser (salwar) on 12.08.2024 at about 9:00 a.m. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about twelve hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. T
