Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.659 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 123, 127(3), 351(3), 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Tajganj, District Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have called the victim in his club for dance and had subsequently spiked her water and food, thereby rendering her unconscious and had committed rape with her for three days and had threatened her to not to reveal the matter anywhere. 5. The applicant is even stated to have asked the victim to make physical relation with other persons also. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The
