Heard Sri Pavan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.60 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)n I.P.C. and 5l/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Pannuganj, District Sonbhadra, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She has expressed her willingness to spent her rest of her life with the applicant. It is the victim who had called the applicant and not the reverse. The victim, by her looks, seems to be major. 5. Several other submissions have been made on behalf of the applicant
