Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 769 of 2024, under Sections 64 B.N.S. Police Station - Gajraula, District - Amroha, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have forcibly abducted the victim on 13.11.2024, at about 11:45 a.m. The victim was reportedly gagged and taken to a secluded jungle area, where the applicant allegedly committed rape. Following the assault, the applicant allegedly fled the scene, leaving the victim behind. 5. The applicant had earlier on raped the victim about one year back and had taken certain indecent photographs of her and had even threatened her to make them viral on social media. The victim is stated to be pregnant by about six months. ARGUMENT
