Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.465 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376(3) I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Sahibabad, District- Ghaziabad, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is a case of consensual relationship between two teenagers. The applicant is a youth of 19 years and the victim is stated to be a bit more than 15 years of age.
