Heard Sri Digvijay Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Alok Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.449 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 64 B.N.S., Police Station- Saraimir, District- Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted alleging that applicant had outraged the modesty of the informant on 19.8.2024 at about 03:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
