Learned State Law Officer has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 15.11.2024. 3. Heard Sri Anurag Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.475 of 2024, under Sections 363, 376(3) I.P.C. and 4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Baghpat, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from the fact that she had married the applicant in the Arya Samaj Mandir, Ghaziabad.
