Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.558 of 2024, under Sections 78, 351(3), 64 B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have raped the victim and even video recorded the said act. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the victim both are major and it is a clear-cut case of false implication as there is nothing on record to suggest that the applicant had video recorded the said act.
