Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.60 of 2024, under Sections 85, 352, 126(2), 351(3), 64(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Jahangirpur, District- Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is the brother-in-law of the victim and the allegations are that he alongwith co-accused person had molested her and had taken certain indecent photographs of her and blackmailed her to upload them on Facebook. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
