Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.130 of 2024, under Sections 376, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Hayatnagar, District- Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to be involved in the work of exorcism and is stated to have committed rape with the victim by fleecing and fooling her on the pretext that he shall get her cured. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The allegations are per se false.
