Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 807 of 2024, under Sections 65, 61(2), 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 5/6, 16/17 of POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and other co-accused persons namely Bhavna @ Bhavoo and Narendra @ Chunnu are stated to have enticed away the daughter of the informant several times and after spiking her cold drink by mixing it with liquor, co-accused Narendra @ Chunnu is stated to have raped her.
