Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 68 of 2024, under Sections 64, 74, 75, 78, 115(2), 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 7/8 and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Pheelkhana, District Kanpur Nagar during the pendency of trial. 4. The applicant is stated to have outraged the modesty of the victim on 20.08.2024 at about 07:00 PM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
