Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 417 of 2024, under Sections 64, 61(2) B.N.S. and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Soron, District - Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant is stated to have taken away the minor victim when she was found alone by her to her house. The husband of the applicant is stated to have committed rape with her as such she ran away from the house of the applicant. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. She has nothing to do with the said offence
