The F.I.R. was instituted against unknown persons of having enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, aged about 17 years, on 31.07.2024 at about 11:00 AM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
