As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forcibly kept captive the victim on 31.08.2024 at 11 a.m. with the help of his sister and committed rape with her by pointing a knife at her and subsequently on her raising the alarm, he is stated to have run away from the place of occurrence. 5.
