Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 120 of 2024, under Sections 376(2)(n), 343, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Purani Basti, District Basti, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The victim is aged about 30 years. The instant case is a clear cut case of false implication as the victim used to blackmail certain persons by instituting FIRs on similar lines.
