Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Giri, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 281 of 2024, under Sections 64, 331(4), 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Nagra, District Ballia, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by blackmailing her by showing her earlier video with himself on 14.08.2024 at about 11 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
