Chauhan, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashutosh Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 221 of 2024, under Sections 64, 61(2KA), 351(2), 127(2), 333 B.N.S.., Police Station Banpur, District Lalitpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have called the victim to her house whereby the co-accused person Devendra Raja is stated to have committed rape with her on 15.08.2024 at 11 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
