By means of this application, the applicant, who is involved in Case Crime No. 186 of 2022, under Sections 302/307/332/353/419/420 IPC, Police Station Turkpatti, District Kushinagar, seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next contended that the vehicle in question allegedly carrying cows, which were being transported from Gorakhpur to West Bengal, and the same was being intercepted by the police party.
