Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.514 of 2024, under Sections 376, 377, 323, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Majhola, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the victim on the false promise of marriage, who used to work at the shop of the applicant. The applicant had subsequently refused to comply with the said promise and had misused his clout. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is major aged about 22 years. There is no medical corroboration of the prosecution story. The
