The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his minor daughter was enticed away by Arjun in collusion with the co- accused persons Nanhi, Ramu, Mahender and Dhanpal on 8.7.2024. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT: 5. The applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
