Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.146 of 2024, under Sections 87, 127(3), 64, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Kudhfatehgarh, District Sambhal, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forcibly taken the daughter of the informant on 12.10.2024 at about 9:00 a.m. on a motorcycle and ravished her for two months and three days. Subsequently, the brother of the applicant is also stated to have raped her. 5.
